The time allowed for a 10-board session shall
be 80 minutes. The recommended starting times are 11.00 hours
and
16.00 hours
For example Saturday/Sunday morning
Saturday afternoon
11.00 - 12.20
16.00 - 17-20
12.30 - 13.50
17.30 - 18.50
14.00 - 15.20
19.00 - 20.20
With the agreement of the other team(s) involved
the Match Manager has the authority to alter the timings to
a schedule like that recommended for the final weekend.
Final Match
For the final weekend of the series both matches
will be at the same venue. The four teams will play simultaneously,
using the same deals. There will be a Victory Banquet attended
by all four teams and a representative of the NBO
whose team is sitting out.
One recommended schedule is :
Saturday/Sunday afternoon
Saturday Evening
13.00 - 14.20
20.00 - 21.20
14.30 - 15.50
21.30 - 22.50
16.00- 17.20
23.00 - 24.20
This assumes that a Saturday meal will be taken
between sessions. If the teams prefer a late dinner, the Match
Manager
may adhere to the Saturday schedule in 12.3, and is responsible
for informing the teams accordingly.
